Created with the CASEL 5 as a foundation, Theatre and SEL sessions allow participants to tap into their inner actor and grow as members of society.

During the workshop or sessions, the interactive theatre games and activities will develop these 5 Social and Emotional Competencies while enhancing stage presence, ensemble collaboration, improvisation skills, and connecting to given circumstances.
